    On March 20, 2024, Kingdom Asphalt and Sealcoating came to my house to repair cracks and apply seal coating to my asphalt driveway. I was told not to walk or drive on the finished driveway for at least 3 days. A couple of days after the job was completed, it rained heavily. I decided to wait an additional day before walking/ driving on it, so I waited 4 days instead of the recommended 3 days before walking /driving on the driveway. On that particular evening, I parked my car back into the driveway and then walked across the street to my mailbox. As I proceeded to walk back up the driveway to my house, I noticed a couple of unfilled cracks. The solution that they used to fill cracks is a greenish color. It was unequivocally obvious that those cracks had not been filled. I had already paid the final portion of the $675 + $20 credit card fee cost on March 20, 2024, when they completed the job. I took pictures of the cracks, and sent them to "Gari.". He contacted me and we discussed the cracks. He told me, that he would come back to fill them in, the following week. The day that he promised to come back, he didn't show up. About 6 PM on that day, he called me. He apologized for not being able to come back that day. He told me, that he was going on vacation for 2 weeks and would come back to fill the cracks when he returned from vacation. Two weeks passed by. By that time, it was the middle of April. I did not hear from "Gari" and they didn't come back to my house. Finally, I heard from him. He told me, that he would come back to my house when he "got another job near my area.". I told him, in good faith I had paid him for his services, not knowing that they had not completed the job according to the written itemized estimate and the invoice. In addition, I told him, if I had known that he would take advantage of a Senior Citizen by breaching a written agreement... We wouldn't have paid him in-full, until after the job was inspected. DON'T HIRE!!
