    ********************* is the owner of the Rawlings Tigers *********. We played under this team for Fall 2022, and were planning to stay through Summer 2023. Unfortunately, our coach left the team on 11/14/22. Since then we have heard empty promises about hiring a coach and ensuring we have enough boys for the team. **** has not been transparent during this time and becomes defensive when anyone asks a question. I requested an update about our coaching situation when I realized another player had left our team. He immediately attacked me via text. Meanwhile, we are waiting for communication and still paying the fees. We have paid 2 months with no return on investment. We paid $250 on 11/13/22 and $225 on 12/6/22.

    The former customer whom filed the complaint, was refunded for $225 on 12/29/2022. 

     

    The customer made our ******************************************************** 5 tournaments and a minimum of ******************************************* the middle of October after a tournament told us their child was too old. The customer and my self were in discussion over how to move forward in which we agreed, the kid would move up to their proper age group. Since that agreement, I have sent multiple updates organization wide as to our plans and what to be on the look out for,  the customer has continued to intentionally start problems within the business, specifically on the team they left. This was stated by the customer in an email.

    I am rejecting this response because: the director has no idea who my son even is. The child who couldnt participate is the October tournament he is referring to was a young man named *********************. That is not my son. I dont want anything from this man, but I certainly appreciate the one month refund. For your next team, how about you actually get to know your players and who youre even talking to! My son isnt too old for 14U or he wouldnt have been able to play the Ripken Tournament in SC. Good luck to you!
