    I bought a Power Probe 3EZ in Sept of 2024 that couldn't test simple continuity in a vehicle. Sent my tool back and it took 2 months to get a new one. New one didn't work either, sent it back and got another new one and it didnt work so they convinced me to biy a higher end model and was told it would come with the original extra lead set that I had purchased with my original 3EZ. Took 5 months total to get the newest one and the lead set wasn't included and now they won't answer any of my or my tool **** texts or calls. This company never did right by me and at the end of the day they stole from me and refuse to make it right.

    Hi, we tried our best to take care of this customer. We went out of our normal process and made exceptions to satisfy his needs. I would like to know if he is looking for more discounts or money back at this point, because I do not see anything else left to do for him. Please let me know so we can close this case. Thank you.

    I never received a discount or money back. I paid full price for what I bought. I paid extra money for some 20' leads on my original purchase that were never returned to me and they now refuse to return my calls and texts. They told me my new kit would contain them which it didn't. I want you guys to do right by a loyal customer. I don't understand why this is so hard for you guys to handle. I've spent thousands of dollars on your products and you want to burn a bridge over a set of extensions. This is a small problem for a big company.
