    ************ came to us in the beginning of April this year to repair his 2017 Dodge Challenger with left rear damage. We fixed all the things that were listed in the initial estimate that his insurance company made by picture. We helped him by making supplements to his insurance company to make sure that all the parts that were damaged would be replaced as we were ordering parts we noticed that certain parts were on back order with no timeframe given this would delay his repair process, which would most likely result in him not having a rental car, we talked about this and gave him the option to put used parts in his vehicle by doing this we saved him his deductible ($500) which he agreed to. He then stated that he didnt know that and that we didnt repair certain things on his vehicle. He sought payment for his radio that wasnt functioning it was not related to the repairs that we had made. When the car was brought his radio wasnt functioning we advised him to apply for a supplement for his radio which he refused. because it was not related. We fixed his radio as an act of good faith towards him,he also claimed that his headlights had been replaced and that his suspension was never fixed. He started messaging requesting compensation. We came to an agreement that he would receive $200 from the additional $700 that we refunded (this is not including the $500) He signed an agreement so he would stop harassment as well as stop asking for further payment. We did apply for a supplement for his front left suspension (which was damaged) insurance denied. Later *********** told us that he knew his left front suspension wasnt related.**** ****** expressed how he thought these repairs weren't worth $8000 even though we showed him invoices regarding prices and our rates.Our team is very focused on making things right with our customers as we value them a lot,but he wasn't satisfied with our efforts and wanted us to compensate and repair things in his vehicle that we never touched.
