    Owner *** isn't ASE Certified to fix ******** and I wasn't aware until I had some work done to my car and I was also referred to *** by ******* Automotive. *** installed a inoperable Steering Column on my car to Diagnosis my car and in return caused somethings to go out on my car. *** agreed to fixed them but wanted me to leave my car a few days. I advised ********'m not able to do that I will need to wait. One reason is because I didn't trust him anymore because of the way he diagnosis my car and he left the part on my car and said he was doing me a favor. As a woman I believed him until I was about to drive off and saw the piece he put on my car said inoperable, no cruise control, no road hazard, my radio, and my door chime, and I forget with the other that was showing up. I said no Sir where is my original piece because my original piece I didn't have all this going on in my dashboard. *** had one of his tech's put my original piece back on but I still had problems that I didn't have before. When I reached out to *** about making an appointment so that I may get those action items fixed he advised me I didn't need an appointment just drop the car off. I went up to his place and advised him I don't want to leave my car because I don't trust how he does business. *** then had his Son to begin to make some corrections but however his Son got in my car with no paper mat and got mud on my driver mat I asked *** do ya'll not use paper mats he said no. *** then took my mat and slapped up against another dirty car to get dirt off my mat (how disrespectful). I also had to ask *** 3 times to stop smoking at my car because smoke is going in my car and don't want my car to smell like smoke. I

    This customer has been trouble to us since her car was originally dropped off for a faulty Steering Lock on her ******** **** c-class, very known & common fault on this model and we have repaired countless amounts of this model & are very familiar with it. The car didnt start or open ignition due to the faulty steering lock we replaced her steering lock and programmed it to the car and were able to start the vehicle for the first time since it was dropped off her steering column was already removed in the past by another shop since the factory clips were already removed when we inspected it & they may have caused it to stop working & in return that stopped the horn, cruise control & steering wheel buttons to be inoperable. the radio was also not working because of a bad amplifier completely unrelated to any work we have done and she had other problems in the car the car was initially dropped off for the electronic steering lock to get the ignition switch & engine running again & this customer started wanting free repairs on her entire vehicle after the first repair, of course like any automotive repair shop would we told her that any further repairs will cost more money & she did not want to pay anymore money, she started calling the shop none stop & sending the owner paragraphs of messages blaming us for other problems in her car. This car was originally at a dealership, & was told they can not fix it & they referred her to ******* Automotive who didnt have the equipment to fix it either so they referred her to us. She begged us to be able to tell her we can fix it because this is the 3rd time she had to pay for a tow truck. She told us then she was having a lot of other issues with this car but she only wanted us to fix the steering wheel and its func, so she can drive it. We told her yes. And we did just that for her. The Steering wheel has nothing to do with all her other problems with this vehicle. It is an older vehicle with lots of problems.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I would like my full refund as discuss per our text messages ASAP. *** is definitely a liar.

     

    This my original part that he took off my car and put on his inoperable part to diagnose my car and he acted like he was doing me a favor like he was giving me something for free.  As mentioned before I pulled off his property I notice in my screen area it said inoperable, no cruise control, no road hazard, and again I forget what the other said.

     

    I then told *** my car NEVER said these things before then he offered to put my original part back on. *** was going to keep my part which was operable for his business use to help him better diagnose cars because my part was operable.

     

    *** doesn't realize that when *********************** or him posted on my *************** page that when you click on ******'s name the click on photos the photos from inside of his Business is posted and his business name (what a dumb ass) so I'm going to also start legal proceedings against him for defamation of my business when he hasn't been to my business nor ****** for Services.  

     

    I would like for this complaint to be added to Automotive Digital's business profile with the BBB to make sure to keep am eye out for trends although most people don't know they can file a complaint. 

     

    Also, since the ************************* is an Attorney I've file a complaint with them as well because they will DEFINITELY investigate *** and his Business along with another complaint for Defamation of my business and my Character.

     

    Attached are more copies proving what I've said as a Review on his ****** page, to Action 9 News, BBB, *************************, and Federal Trade Commission.
