    I have never been more disappointed in a business as I have with this ghetto company. They make mistakes and the customer has to pay for their mistakes, and they give you the run around when you're trying to get in touch with the owner. I went in for an oil change on 07/10/23 at **** hours, I stood outside the bay and watched the young man do his job and when he was finished, brought my ********************************************************************************************************************************************** and thought that that couldn't be mine because I had just got an oil change and it was my Jeep smoking, I was glad that I wasn't far from the shop. Pulled back in and they came out because I was blowing the horn like crazy, the young man forgot to tighten the oil filter and oil was all over my engine, they called themselves fixing the problem, but they didn't, so I drove home thinking the problem was fixed, I noticed oil spots in my driveway, called them and explained the problem, they told me to bring it back and I did, it took them 3 hours. Now I live in ********, **, drove back home and still noticed spots in driveway, took it back again on 08/29/23 and told them that I had a doctor's ************ was told that they would be finished, missed my appointment and it took them 5 hours and 30 minutes. The manger had a nasty attitude and so does some of the employees, I got cussed at by a female employee, then she cussed out a gentleman in front of other customers, I asked for a way to get in touch with the owner and was given an email address and not a phone number that I asked for. I asked if I could get a refund for the botched oil change and something for gas, for the trips back and forth to *********, was tolded to contact them by email and you can't file a complaint or anything, and contacting corporate is a waste of time, because they can't do a **** thing. I will never return back there to this ghetto place ever.

    If I could give a zero star I would. Don't waste your time, money, or energy. I came in to get my passenger wheel checked out for a squeaking noise. The shop was too busy so they advised me to drop my car off. Usually, I stay with my vehicle but this day I was very busy so I decided to leave it at the shop. I got a call 2 hours later after drop off and they say my wheel locks are stripped and they can't get them off (Not once did they ask for my wheel lock key that was in the glove compartment, which is now missing). At this time I also have a video of the last person who dealt with my vehicle and everything was intact. The manager (******) mentions *** we tried everything and we can't get them off. He then walks me to my car. To my surprise, 3 wheel locks are literally cut in half and two wheels are damaged due to them trying to get them off. The manager then points out I came to the shop with my wheel locks already in that condition and there was nothing he can do. I then mentioned I would be willing to pay whatever they need me to pay for the inconvenience if they can show PROOF that I pulled up with my car in that condition. So far they have ignored this request. Going forward I will never EVER let Meineke touch any of my vehicles and you shouldn't either.
