      STUNNINGLY poor rental company. If I could attach pictures, I would. Both cars (there's a story here) were filthy inside. Not the "we can clean that right up" type of filthy, just stained, worn, and disgusting. First car was rented out of *********. The agent seemed stoned, said he couldn't access our booking (which was done via Priceline), told us Ace (they are affiliated) had cancelled and refunded it, then proceeded to manually enter a new booking on the **** system. It's been three weeks. Ace booking is still open, no refund yet. Hopefully this fraud will be resolved. About two weeks into the booking, the engine service light came on indicating a service is due in 800 miles. ** this point we had only driven MAYBE 600 miles total since renting. Then, as we were driving along the highway, I heard a sound from the front left that sounded like the tire coming apart. Pulled over, nothing. BUT, did notice the tire was horribly worn. Took it to a shop in ********* and the guy told us he couldn't find the source but that the tire was dangerously worn (to the cords) and should be replaced immediately. Now, I understand and always DO a walkaround and take pics when I rent, but at what point does that end. Should I inspect the shocks? Transmission? Exhaust? NO. I shouldn't HAVE to inspect ANYTHING mechanical! These guys had clearly rented this dangerous car to MANY people before me. Left my family in *********, drove to ********** ****** of **** and the nice young man swapped cars with no questions and apologized for the situation. Second car is still gross but at least all four tires have treads! Sure wish there was a corporate ****** address somwhere that I could write to, but there isn't. These guys will be sued into bankruptcy one **************** my words.

      Principal owner *********************, President ******** Contact *************************, Regional Manager I went to your ********* location was informed about policy rules and regulations and insurance and I wanted to look at them I requested the policy that states information that your employee gave me that she said is stated in the policy they gave me the website I go to the website there's only a terms and conditions no policy I read the whole terms and condition nowhere in the terms and condition is stated anything about the insurance that she was informing me about whole point of the story is if you have a policy you have to make it available to the consumer whether it's through a website printed on or in the business that states accurate information given by employees if not this could be a problem which it is a problem because I cannot contact anybody in your company that can give me the policy so I can read it and the terms and condition you guys say it's on your website but there is nowhere on that website that says policies and procedures or policies only terms and conditioner those are your policies then the information that's been given to me by your employees is false now I'm going to need the policy and the terms and condition I want to print them I want them on paper on ink send me a link for your policies on insurance and on everything did you guys require the consumer for the contract

      One star is not even acceptable. I went online and was quoted a 1 day charge of $31.34. I selected the option that would also select a random car. When I arrived I was advised I needed to put a $200 hold on my card. It wasn't a hold, it was a charge. So I'm sure in some crooked way this company is benefitting from additional charges. So as of today I paid $231.34 for a Nisan Altima with cigarette holes in the seats and balled tires. SWEET!

      To properly address the customers concern I will need their name.   As far as the security deposit, it is clearly stated on line at the time of booking that there is a $200.00 refundable security deposit.

      If there was a rating worse than "not good", I'd choose that! My husband and I travel often and rent a car every single time. We were literally both horrified at the vehicle we were given to drive. 8/15/22-8/19/22. It was purplish color *********** The windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. We had to pull over and buy a cloth to clean them. The cup holders were disgusting, the gray interior was brown from smoke with burn holes on the seat and at least ten of them on the roof interior. ******* told us it would be a $250.cleaning fee if anyone smoked in the car. (We immediately asked the shuttle driver to come over and smell how bad the smell of smoke was so it could be noted and we wouldn't be charged.) Not sure what the other odors were. The car had deep scratches and dings ALL over it and the drivers side rear tire WAS BALD, completely BALD. I don't know what the stains on the front and back seats were but the car was absolutely disgusting! All the other staff seemed helpful and friendly to other customers but ******* was a flat out cocky and rude B@*^$ from the moment I called for the shuttle! I mean if you don't like people or your job ******* maybe you should find another. I have rented off site of the airport before to save a few dollars but still got a decent, normal rental car! I said to my husband at least a dozen times "this has to be an employees car." There was no sticker to identify a rental or no registration or paperwork in it at all. I took plenty of pictures but having issues with my phone. I literally believe this was someone's personal vehicle. I'm going to call the *********'s inspectors office regarding the safety of the vehicles they are putting people in. If at all possible find another company nearby! (This is also BEST, not ACE, as I was angrily told when I simply asked when they answered the phone to make sure I had the right number.) So i will also report this to ACE to make sure they are aware if this a sub con

      **************** is not refunding my money from the initial deposit. Due to this I think that is considered a scam.
