The owner of 4 seasons auto thrives on intimidation tactics to conduct business, is extremely calculated and unfortunately scams customers daily. The owner is in close communication to an employee at Koalafi and together they intimidate and scam people into high interest loans for car repair. I originally was quoted 380 for my repair I told the owner I was unable to pay the full amount today but could split the payment paying the lesser amount the following Friday. The owner demanded I apply for ******* lending company or I would be charged $75 each day my car stays on lot. As I was applying at the counter I could read the owners text as he warned them he had someone applying. The person from ******* texted back my approved loan amount followed by cash and dancing emojis. Then the owner ask me to take a seat while he finalizes the loan. He applied close to a 200% up charge on material. For example, the filter cost $14.53 from the dealership but $97.86 was applied to the loan. He also fabricated the quanity of materials used. The loan states 6 quarts of transmission fluid was used but my vehicle threshold is less than 4qts. The originally quoted price was increased from 380 to an unbelievable amount of $796.09. I asked to view the loan paperwork and price breakdown but was told by the owner he dosent have access to it. I asked if there was anybody I can speak with and initially he said no. I was persistent so he texted the same Koalafi employee "this b**** has a problem. I'm calling don't answer." Then he proceeded to tell me they are closing and I have to accept the loan since I applied for it. Now that I have acces to the loan information I am expected to pay $1678.70 by the end of the loan. This is absolutely insane! I am willing and able to pay the initial price but I never accepted the loan, it's terms or conditions. Please assist me with rectifying this issue by processing a billing adjustment or refund. Thank you.
