    They will treat you like FAMILY! Super Eagle is just super! The quality of work is above and beyond. Some people think that quality work should be cheap, some people think they can ******* or ask others how to fix it. I stand by the folks at this shop as honest, caring and AFFORDABLE. They truly value the customer and the customers safety. They don't charge an arm an a leg, better service and prices than any dealership, the technicians are skilled and efficient (they are not diy mechanics lol). The list goes on. You get what you pay for these days and I think there are many mechanics out there trying to scam people by telling the vehicle is safe to drive when it isn't (hoping for a bigger payday down the road when your vehicle fails). When a reputable shop like Super Eagle tells you that you have a problem, or repairs to make, they know what they are talking about and THEY CARE, they are SO passionate about helping people. NO ONE WANTS BAD NEWS....but let's face it, sometimes owning a vehicle is bad news...and it definitely comes at a cost because they have to be maintained. The dealership sells you a lemon, you make and uniformed purchase, maybe its missed major maintenance per manufacturer's recommendations and so *********** are unpredictable and that is the cost of ownership. Some may not understand mechanics and that is upsetting as well. This shop will explain everything to you so you can make an informed decision.This shop is here to truly help you take care of your investment and then it is just up to you to decide how you will move forward. You always have the option to decline, or look for "cheaper" services. But Super Eagle will work with you on what's most important or top priority to help you figure out how to work things into your budget and I have had nothing but great experiences. I will end with "skilled labor is not cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled". Super Eagle offers highly skilled labor at an affordable price plus peace of mind!

    On October 24th I took my car there because I had a check engine light issue to have them check it out. 2 days later I get a telephone call from the shop telling me that something has happen to my car. They said that they were having some problems with the wiring and could not get the car to go into gear. After several conversations on the phone and in person my wife and I was told false promises and flat out lies from the owner ***************** and the service manager **** for two months which is more than enough time to fix a car. On December 13th my wife and I had had enough and went by the shop to remove all of the items out of the car including the license plate. Now the car is just sitting in the shop's parking lot and have not heard a word from ***************** about trying to get this matter resolved. Totally unacceptable !! I had been a customer of his for 10 years and took my 3 cars to him and they always did a good job but they tore up my car and act as if I'm just going away. They recognized me and my wife telephone number so whenever we would call or text they would ignore us. I would like your help to get this matter resolved.
