    Date 08/16/2023 $13.13 Brought my car to oil change affer a few days oil warning light came on and oil lichen then went back to the place! Was told everything was ok affer a unprofessional response they could not turn the warning light off ! affer a couple of of days my car begin leaking oil and water wich is the origin for my car to overheated and burn the engine!

    ******, Our records show you had a free oil change on 8/17, then came back on 10/6 because your oil light was on.Your vehicle's service reminder is factory set to **** miles and cannot be changed. You had driven **** miles, the light was on because it was time for your next oil change. Nothing done during an oil change would be causing your vehicle to leak water. We don't know anything about your engine "burning up" but we would be happy to talk to you about it. If you need further explanation please call ************ or feel free to come in. This issue is now several months old.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    the pourpose  of my claim is    when i brought my to get the oil changed after i drove it a few miles and notice the fan was constantly running (some it never did before )  then oil was dripping from engine oil cooler and filter housing (after you guys during the oil change broke ) then the light came on thats why i brought it back to you because nobody put a hand on my jeep but you incompetent personal then i was told by you manager that you guys cannot turn the oil change light because you dont know how to do that !  its a shame that i have to pay for my motor to be fixed because of an oil changed something i am sure of i am never going to do business with you people anymore!
