  If I could give zero stars, I would. We just got my husbands Audi back less than 2 weeks ago. He said when he drove it, there was a popping sound and the steering wheel was acting funny. We know that sometimes after youve had repairs, things might sound different but this is not the same at all. Fast forward and my husband is driving our daughter to school and the steering wheel starts turning crazy. He had to get his dad to follow him back to Woodies to make sure he didnt break down. They just called us and said its the right axel and we will have to pay $536 after just giving them $1650 to fix the front wheel bearings. Heres the weird part. When they were fixing the bearings, the guy said they were having a really hard time with the right wheel bearing. The right axel is what broke. Im 200% positive that they damaged ******** and then just gave us the car back without fixing it because they knew it would come from their own pockets. Im NEVER going here again and I want my money back!

  Experience exceptional service at here shop with a welcoming environment and respectful staff. We were provided a thorough diagnosis and resolved two problems by replacing necessary parts quickly. Plus, they even offer a complimentary driving service so you can sit back and relax while we take care of your vehicle. All this at a fair and reasonable cost.

  Spent $3400 to get my car running and driving. It broke down as soon as I left the shop. The mechanics response to me was to find someone else to fix it. After taking my money. Also disconnected my abs module to get the car to start and told me to pick it up

  All woodies specially ************ are the worst mechanics I ever seen. They treat you badly and only wants your money!They have no idea how to my car and keeps coming up with new things to fix! $$$$$$$Dont go to any of them, they are all the same.

  This is a complaint about Woodie's auto service & repair centers Located in Huntersvile, ** ************************************************************************ ****************** manager May 25,2022 My car started misfiring. He said was not to do with the spark plugs or fuel cleaning agents. Diagnosis were Timing chain kit, quoted at $4,438.62 We asked if new engine would be better, he says timing chain replace due to cost. I$139.59 diagnosis 6/13 Back to Woodies for the time chain-7/1 pick up day $4600, He made us aware that pieces of the timing chain had fallen into the engine. He did his best to retrieve all. It was a total of 18 days in service.7/1 driving to the beach, car started to misfire again, called ****. 7/6-7/14 and told us based on warranty he had replaced the engine that came from ***** and gave us a brand new one.We noticed a vibration and we had complained to **** by phone and in person, he says it was normal.10/17 oil change and vibration check. 11/14 We had to pay for $464.31 car was smoking no energy-Hoses broken and **** said I don't know its related to vibration.SHAKING CONTINUED 11/18-11/30 shaking diagnosis-car need new catalytic converter-DURING DIAGNOSIS THEY BROKE THE **** PUMP AND HAD REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE- BUT ONLY MADE US AWARE OF THIS ON 12/28/22 when both my wife and I went to confront him on the diagnosis of the converter, WHEN mechanic said it was not the converter. Ever since car picked up, a strong smell of gas was inside of the car, Quote for new Catalytic $1796.38 12/21 Car was taking to ************* specialist, ****** the manager that done a computer diagnosis and Fuel injection, fuel pump code come up, and they said car have enough pressure on exhaust, that a new Catalytic is not needed. 12/28 discussed the above with *********** told us its for sure the Catalytic converter. 12/29 We took to ************* and had a brand new entire Catalytic converter installed for $1240.75 1/7/23 ************ says the car has contaminated fuel.A RIPOFF!

  Very rude personal. I have been going there for several years to change my oil, I need to change my oil pretty often because I drive 500 miles every week, way more than their average customer. But today I was told that they dont want my business anymore because all I do is change oil. They want to push more expensive services, most of the time unnecessary. It is funny because in 2020 I took my car there when everybody was on lockdown and they didnt have almost any car to fix, their staff told me that was going to be hard to get the business going with so little business, now that they have their parking lot full they dont want my business anymore. Cant trust on business like that.
