    Overall satisfied with the Sherpa end of it, but the transport company changed pick up and drop off times more than once which was a little frustrating since we had planned schedules around them. Also, minor damage to one of the two vehicles (broken hubcap) with no explanation. But I know not everything can go perfect, so positive experience and would do it again.

    Very responsive and worked with me to achieve my delivery window. The first trucking company they booked me with was also very responsive and tried to work with me to achieve my delivery window but it didn't work out (they tried very hard). Then Sherpa was able to book me with another trucking company that could do my delivery window and he provided five star service - picked up the car within two hours of speaking and delivered exactly when discussed without a scratch or any problems with the car. In an industry where customers can be taken advantage of, ********************** and their contracting trucking companies are exceptional in their service and pricing!

    Excellent service from start to finish for a cross country move. It was costlier than other quotes but I still chose Sherpa because they had a price lock system, which meant no surprise expenses later. They were professional, prompt, and communicated well throughout the process. The carrier assigned by them was also professional, but you may have to call them a few times to know when they are picking up or for any updates on location. But the driver was polite, customer service representatives were responsive, and the car plus household goods up to 100 pounds in the trunk were in perfect condition upon delivery, which was also quick. I highly recommended Sherpa's services and will use them in the future if needed.

    Great brokering company and very good with communication The carrier they selected was excellent as well. Everything arrived as promised safely with no damage and on time. Clear up front pricing. Would highly recommend.

    From the very beginning of the planning, ***** was very detailed, and the contract was simple. I had a 5 day window for pick up on the car and Sherpa contacted me on day 4 with details of the carrier. The carrier, ******** soon after contact me, came out to pick the car up and delivery was very prompt. They were excellent and have superb service. This is my first time transporting a car from *********, **** to ******, *******. I highly recommend ********************************* Transport.

    Second time I have used Sherpa and again experienced excellent service. Both Sherpa and the carrier EZ *************** were extremely professional and responsive. I was kept up to date in real time on pickup and delivery times, dates and locations. The car arrived in perfect condition and both the pickup and delivery drivers called ahead and were courteous and professional. Highly recommend both.
