5 starsThe process was simple, the staff were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was very nervous about shipping a vehicle because I heard horror stories about other companies under-quoting (intentionally), getting your payment, and then holding you hostage for more money because they knew no carrier could meet their price. Sherpa has a Guaranteed Rate lock, and they stuck to it. Not a ***** more. Plus, I was given a window of 2-4 days, and it arrived on the first day of that window. Highly recommended! 2nd time shipping daughters car and we were really nervous because with another company the experience was a nightmare. Sherpa did not disappoint. Fair price/no price change from quote. Pick up and drop off were timely. Car delivered same condition as pickup with a little road dust which is expected but Sherpa has a wonderful incentives such as a car wash after delivery(reimbursement). Carrier was excellent. Great choice Sherpa!

5 starsFirst time shipper of car from ***** to **********. Sherpa came recommended by a friend. We had a great experience. Car was picked up the first day of the "window" and delivered on time. The car hauler communicated his arrival and delivery time. No suprises, car arrived in same condition it was picked up in.
