    I was no doubt, nervous about buying a car out of state and having it shipped. Thought for sure they'd delay the pick up due to storms, car may arrive scratched, or some other snag. Nope! This transaction went off without a hitch. Everything about the experience with Sherpa was exactly as promised. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sherpa for your shipping needs! Thanks for the great experience!

    very happy with the service...????however.....I would have wanted to know that our vehicle was going to be reloaded onto another carrier vehicle during the shipping process. I will definitely use the service again. tyvm ...v

    Sherpa was off the bat cheaper than going through Uship.com, by almost $200. Unlike other transport brokers, they guarantee there quote and will supplement the transporter up to $300 if needed to facilitate pickup/transport. My transport was from Az to Al (1700miles approx). Purchased Tundra on a Monday, and it was delivered to my house the following Monday. Full size trucks take a little longer, ** they take up more space. I felt this was plenty fast enough. This is my 4th transport, and 1st with Sherpa. They were by far the must economical and reliable. Will definitely use again

    Working with Sherpa was an excellent choice. I purchased a car from a dealership in ********** and I needed it shipped to ******. I checked out 6 transport companies and decided to go with Sherpa. Placing the order was very easy with the Sherpa representative. The transport driver did an excellent job. Sherpa notified me via email when the transport driver picked up the car in ********** and let me know it was on the way. Once the driver was in ****** he called me several times on the way and kept me informed of his delivery time. As it turned out, due to location, he had to drop off my car at a dealership about 2 miles from my home. I know the owner of the dealership so this was no problem. My car arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. The only thing I would recommend to Sherpa is to track your online quotes a little better. The first quote I received was dated with an expiration date of the 18th and I received it in my email on the 19th. I had a one week lag due to weather conditions because ***** couldn't deliver my documents. When I received those I then asked for another quote and it was $100.00 higher. I called Sherpa and the representative held to the price. But he went ahead and honored the $50.00 rebate for online orders only and I received that rebate in a timely manner.

    The transport driver was professional and polite, and did a fine job loading, driving and delivering the car. My only disappointment lay in Sherpa's lack of clarity about delivery timing - which is perhaps as much my fault as theirs, as I didn't clearly state that the vehicle was to be delivered no sooner than the day following pickup.
