Good experience in the shipping. Sherpa also stuck to the original schedule and the driver and delivery happened on time. Kudos to the driver in particular who had great communication during the pick up and drop off of my vehicle.The stars taken off are for Sherpa themselves. The original quote had me quoted a price with a $100 main-in rebate. They did stick with the ********** and not a ***** was taken more than quoted. But, the mail-in rebate never happened. I adhered to the steps outlined for the rebate and mailed in my BOL and page of the quote to the address mentioned. It has now been over 1 months since I mailed the stuff to them and i have not yet received any response nor the rebate from Sherpa. I would still go with them in the future as compared to others due to stories of quotes changing on pickup/ no pickup etc as I have read. But this response to the mail-in rebate did leave me a little sour.Sherpa Auto Transport
