  They were able to have the car delivered as described. The driver was personable and the car was not damaged. Other websites I tried seemed to have led to spam and scams on my email. We would use them again

  I used Sherpa when moving across country. While my experience with the Sherpa team was good, the carrier they paired me with was a nightmare. Not only did they refuse to drop off my car at my location, they wanted me to meet them at a location convenient to them. They were 6 hours past their delivery window dropping the car off past 11 pm. In the process, my car was damaged and my license plate was stolen. Not only did they then refuse to give me a bill of lading, the company then blocked my number and would no longer have any contact with me. Since then, the whole process became a nightmare. Sherpa has been in contact with the company on my behalf but nothing has come from it. Sherpa gave me a small refund but I was still left to foot the bill of the damages and rental car until I could get replacement plates. Be careful of the carrier that Sherpa assigns to you. Never use *** Auto Transport.

In the rare case of damage during transport, Sherpas ************* Team acts as a liaison to discuss the matter with the responsible party, the carrier company, in an effort to help all parties reach a resolution. Despite Sherpas mediation efforts, we understand a resolution may not have been reached directly between you and the responsible party. In the event a resolution can not be reached directly, Sherpas ************* Team provides support to facilitate the process of filing with the responsible party's insurance to have the matter investigated by the appropriate professionals. We are as disappointed as you are that the carrier, the responsible party, was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution.

  Their phone number is not working, i believe they resctric clients number after they made a contract. There are lots of cell phone numbers in their website, here or yelp , they all different and non of them is able to called by someone..They didnt pick my car yet since they didnt found a driver yet but im already so much concerned about the process that im gonna have w them. I am just waiting for them to call me, sent them lots of emails still no answer..

  The driver met us on a perfect road to load up our car. We were impressed with his care and he took many photos and and email the bill of lading. He delivered the car ahead of projected date and again was careful of unloading as he was before. The driver was professional and very good.
