    Great service and highly recommended. Service is fast and Temu the driver is very nice and will answer questions anytime. Will surely recommend to my friends who needs shipping company for their car.

    We have used Sherpa three times in the past two years. Every time the contracted transportation delivered on time and no problem. The companies they used were very efficient and professional. I did not even get a quote with any other company the third time because I believed Sherpa will provide competitive pricing and great service.

    We have used Sherpa twice in the last 3 months and both times we were very satisfied. The professionalism and customer service support we received from them was terrific and comforting. Best of all the trucking company they set ** up with was great to work with. The driver was very responsive whenever we reached out, he was professional, kind, and flexible. I highly recommend Sherpa!

    The several week lead time turned out to be unhelpful. The dispatchers will only react at the last moment. I had one response, but it was cancelled due to a route change.There was no response until the last day of my availability window. Sherpa activated their $300 price increase, and I had a drive team respond immediately. My car was picked up within a couple of hours by an extremely competent transportation company. Their comment was they would not make a profit on Sherpa's original price. Too low to begin with? Was this why no one responded?The $300 price increase due to the drivers on delivery was returned immediately to my account, resulting in no change to my originally quoted price.I am happy with Sherpa's service. I will probably deal directly with a trucking company myself in the future however.

    We were pleased with the fast pickup and quick delivery, much quicker than the other companies I researched. Everyone we deal pt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

    They were great. They picked up and dropped off on schedule and at a fair price. My only issue was the final payment at delivery because I wasn't going to be there. Sherpa specified getting a "Certified" check but my bank gave me a "Cashier's" check. I didn't realize that until after I mailed to to my representative at the destination. Sherpa could not tell me for sure if the driver would accept it. Thankfully the driver did take it. Overall, I'd use them again!

    Car was delivered in time and in perfect condition. Driver was great at communicating and working with us in day of arrival. We will definitely use Sherpa in the future.
