    I went into Shear Excellence for the very first time for a ***** trim and dye. The woman that performed the job on my ***** did an awful job. I very much expressed my displeasure at time of service and was offered nothing. I submitted a review and was offered to be allowed to come back free of charge, which I would never accept to allow them another chance at messing up my *****. I want my money back and to never deal with them again. Just refund my money and I'm done. That is all I want.

    ****** came in with a friend and both received a ***** trim and ***** color.  The following day ****** received our automated email for feedback request and he sent in that he was unhappy, specifically that there were parts in his ***** that were uneven as well as hair color was left on his skin.  Our manager reached out to him that day to let him know we would be happy to have him come back in so we could fix any spots in his ***** and we would make sure he left satisfied with his service.  He said he did not want to.

    Hair color does stain your skin and with a short ***** it is very common to have some hair color residue left on your skin (depending on length and thickness of *****).  That does come off usually after 1 or 2 washes at home.  

    ****** paid for his service as well as his friends'.  He submitted a credit card dispute for the entire total (the friend was completely satisfied with his service).  We did send everything in on our end and the credit card company did not refund his money.  This would have been a very easy fix to even out his ***** and he was unwilling to come back in to either allow us to fix it or even come in to speak with a manager so we could see his ***** ourselves to confirm what was wrong with it (And if it wasn't fixable we would have refunded or come up with a solution together). ****** did not come back in the salon so we could evaluate this and he did not send any pictures so we do not have any evidence as to if anything is even wrong.

    I also responded to his ****** review asking him to reach out to us and speak with us or provide pictures and I did not hear from him.  We made multiple attempts on our end to make sure ****** was happy.
