    If I could leave a zero star review I would. I heard about this company on a podcast and their products were raved about. I ordered the moisturizer through the ShopPay app on March 29, 2023. After two months have yet to receive my order. I have been corresponding with customer service since early April and I have been given the run around the entire time. Theyve repeatedly told me that my package has been picked up by the post office, but my package has said its been in pre-shipment since April 20. *** asked for a refund and theyve told me its not possible. At this point, reporting them is a last resort. I really want to try their product their customer service and shipping quality has completely ruined it.
