    I live in **** where marijuana is legal. On March 9th I made an online purchase of a 12 pack of this company's 20 mg passion fruit THC drink for $64.49 on ***********************************. I bought their product once before at a local corner store and enjoyed it. I'm new to THC beverages, mints, edibles, etc., and after only a couple sips of this drink I was relaxed and found a great replacement for alcohol. Unfortunately, when my product arrived, the labels on the cans were different than the one that I purchased in the store and different than the picture that they had on the website. There was information that was missing (mainly the strain that they used called Maui wowie and they removed the term "live resin" from the can. Moreover, all four of the cans from the four pack that I opened were banged up at the top and bottom due to poor packaging. On their website, the can that they showed had all of that information like the one that I bought in the store, so that's what I was expecting. As someone who is new to THC, I was very apprehensive about drinking something that didn't match what was on the website. I know there were a lot of scams with THC vaping oil being fake, so I was very wary. I contacted the company with my concerns and they told me that, without making it known on the website or to customer's ordering, they removed the strain from the can and that it contains live resin. They didn't address the banged up cans do to poor packing at all. I have since emailed them three more times since the 13th and have received no reply about making the situation right with a return and refund, or even partial refund due to the banged up cans. Please look into this company closer as after digging a little bit deeper it was very difficult to find the location of their headquarters and where they create their product. Thank you.

    Upon reviewing the customer's concerns, we acknowledge that the product labeling on the cans they received differed from the images on our website. The updates to our packaging were part of a recent branding change, which included the removal of the strain name and the term "live resin" from the can design. However, we assure all customers that our formulation and quality remain consistent. We recognize that the customer was not informed of these changes prior to purchase, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

    Additionally, we regret that the customer received dented cans due to packaging issues. We are actively working to improve our shipping process to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We have further refunded the customer in full to cover the damaged goods.

    We have been in communication with the customer regarding their concerns, and they have since informed us that they are satisfied with our product and no longer seek a refund. They have also requested that the complaint be marked as resolved.

    We appreciate the customer's continued support and constructive feedback, which helps us refine our products and services. Should there be any further concerns, we remain open to addressing them promptly.

    Placed an order totaling ****** with Delta Beverages Sept 19-Sept 25th Im notified that it was delivered to MMUSIC location ************ - I live in ******** IL. Contacted ***** and they said they delivered it to contact the sender- thats easier said than done- I have talked to AI and sent emails with the only response being its under review if they wont send my order to the correct address then refund my money- I have started a dispute with the credit card company but that can be canceled if Delta makes this right.

    Customer ******* ******** placed her original order with us on 9/19/2024 for the amount of $233.72. Her order was shipped out to ***************************************** on 9/20/2024. On 9/25/2024 we received her package back at our warehouse from ***** due to the products being damaged at their facility. See tracking link. The customer ******* ******** reached out to our customer service team to inform them that her order had not arrived and had been delivered to the wrong address. She reached out 10+ times outside of our operating hours and took it as being dismissed and left multiple reviews complaining. ***************** after seeing her complaints, explained to her that she would be resent her original order and assuring her she would be taken care of. On 9/26/2024, Delta Beverages sent out a replacement order for the damage products to ******* ********. Her order is due to arrive tomorrow via the ***** tracking information. See the following link. Tracking information. We took steps as quickly as we possibly could to make repremands with the customer and that is documented by the proof provided here.
