      I had an extremely disappointing experience with ******* ******. I booked an appointment with her and paid a $50 deposit to secure my spot. However, on the day of the appointment, while I was already on my way, she informed me that she had forgotten about it and wanted to reschedule. Unfortunately, I couldnt make the rescheduled time, so I requested a refund of my $50 deposit.She assured me that I would receive the refund by the end of the day, but despite multiple follow-ups, she has yet to return the money. Its been days since I was promised the refund, and she is now ignoring my messages. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on her business.I understand that things happen, but as a paying customer, I expect honesty and timely communication, especially when it comes to refunds. I would not recommend booking with ******* unless you are prepared to potentially lose your deposit without receiving the service.
