      I had a charge appear on my bank account for a date that I wasnt at the business. I reached out directly for a resolution and received some communication, one stating other customers had the same complaints and they needed to reach out to their POS company for support. I have sent follow up emails trying to get an answer and have not received any communication since 3/5/24. I dont even really care about the money at this point, but I do feel that Im owed an explanation.

      I have reached back out to **** in regards to his charge on his debit card and issued a refund for the charge I believe was the issue as well as sent the customer an emailed copy of the receipt in question. After talking with the *** company, I believe that it was a charge from a prior day in the taproom and it did not post to his bank statement until 3/2/24.  Waiting for a response from the customer but will have it settled with him as we want to make this situation right.

      I just received and email from the business and they have issued a refund. I consider this matter resolved at this point. Thank you for the assistance.
