    *************************** started my kitchen cabinet installation 09.09:2022. I paid her the first check for 11 000, when she ordered the cabinets from ************************* March 2022. The cabinets arrived wrong color, but she still started installing them in my kitchen. She demanded the rest of the payment after the delivery was done. I gave her a check for $12 000. When I saw the color mistake, I showed her the drawings and the agreed color on the contract that I signed approving the drawings. They took off the wrong cabinets and damaged brand new floors with s**** holes, which never got fixed by them. The next set of cabinets were the right color, but obviously had been stored outside. They were severely damaged. I sent them back, since she didnt show up to accept them from the cabinet makers delivery truck. I wanted my money back at this point, but she refused and proceeded to order new cabinets. The next set of cabinets were ok and got installed, but the doors and drawer fronts were all poorly made and damaged. She ordered a new set of door fronts and doors. The new cabinets were ok, but three of the wooden drawers were warped and three of the upper cabinet doors were poorly made. The paint job was terrible and the doors had several cuts and deep dings on them. She ordered the new doors multiple times during past 14 months, but they were wrong color and had the same quality problems. I was still patient and expected her to make things right, but she told me that her work was done and I was on my own on the 30th of September 2023. My kitchen is not finished. Its still missing the same three doors today 02 November 2023. This kitchen renovation was due to water damage. My whole kitchen was demolished December 2021. I had nothing in my kitchen for all this time until she installed some of the island cabinets in July 2023. Nothing to cook on and no water. I had to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink for year and a half.
