    I made the appointment to do tinting for my brand-new car. After the service, I looked up the car and I found out there were lots of black stains on the headliner. The headliner is fabric and it is a bright color so I can see that. Of course, I was very upset since it was a brand-new car, so I stopped at their shop and showed it to them. They didn't even apologize to me were very rude and did not respect me as a customer. They gave me two options which were to go to Auto Bell, which is a drive-thru car wash, and a $50 check. I was expecting to get an apology and get reimbursed just for the detailing car wash fee. Not only that, one of the employees texted me and said, he needed to see my car stain too before he issued the check. And he said he is out of town so I have to wait for him till August 6th. The day I went to their shop was July 26th. That means I have to keep that stains till he comes back. I was so disappointed and needed to spend more than $50 to clean all those stains and their attitude ruined my day. I DO NOT recommend this place to other people. As a female, felt offended by them. Very mean and rude and disrespectful people.
