I selected Window Tint Pros to do the tint on my brand new car. I set the appointment and it was handled quickly which I appreciated. On the day it was suppose to be done, the installer was running late and had to call me twice to keep pushing the time back. Ok, I get it, things happen. After the tint job was over, the car was unfortunately left quite a mess. I knew I would have to do a car wash from past experience, but this was the first time I had to have a full interior detail after window tint installation which is an additional expense. I had soapy residue all over my seats dash, heads up display etc. It seemed like a dirty rag was used to wipe the inside of the windows because it took several tries to get the greasy residue off the inside just to see properly driving at night. There also was a lot of tint clippings left all over my garage floor which I had to clean up including some big pieces left under the car. To my disappointment, the next day out in the sun light, I found that the front two windows had lots of dirt trapped underneath and several spots on the back window were cut jagged and peeling back. He was nice enough to offer to come and redo the tint and we set another appointment. Unfortunately the installer had some kind of car trouble and wasn't going to be able to make it but the only way I found this out was because I reached out to him first to let him know I found additional issues. I just wanted to make sure he had enough time and material to do so. He then said he would not be making it. I just would have appreciated a heads up. The whole process was not handled professionally and at that point there were just too many issues. The installer agreed to refund my money but is demanding that he come and rip the tint out to do so which I don't feel comfortable. I am looking for a refund so I can have a reputable shop remove and reinstall. It shouldn't make a difference who removes it.
