    I had call to closed my account on August 2022 for refilling CO2 service and rental equipment. But they still charge me rental fee and refill gas because they late for pick up theirs cylinder and they filling gas without telling us. I call and call try to figure things out and end cooperation again and I still need to pay bill.

After reviewing it, I see that we did not receive anything in writing and thus the correct team did not receive your request and your scheduled deliveries occurred as normal so that you would not be without CO2.
