I would highly recommend the services of **** Thomas. I had worked in public education for ten years and came to a point where I knew I had to make a career transition. However, I had no clue what field to enter or how to network and promote myself. After a few consultation meetings with ****, we had crafted a plan to attack a specific job market that combined my education and sales experiences. **** then taught me how to network on LinkedIn, a resource hardly used by educators. In a short time, the interview process began which again, **** was extremely helpful. **** provided job specific interview questions and led me through a mock interview. **** was there every step of the way through the interview phase, and once a couple of offers came through, he was there to provide support at a moment's notice. If you are looking for a career change, or just need help making your next move, I would highly recommend partnering with ****.

First things first is **** is an amazing person. He knows how to guide people into the right directions that will befit each one of his clients. I personal was overwelled with the whole job application process and **** taught me ways to be able to get in front of businesses and stand out against my fellow applicants. His whole team were quick to respond and were all really helpful. If you are feeling lost and over welled in the job application process give **** and his team a call and they will be the best people to help you hands down!

Contracting with Andy Thomas Careers Now was the single biggest mistake I made during my job search.I paid $500 for a resume that would put 10+ years of experience into proper context as I pivot industries. My initial interview with my writer, *****, was short and superficial. After going through a lengthy back-and-forth process of drafts and comments, I was left with a resume that was absolutely shredded by industry professionals and contained errors.I brought this up to one of the company owners, *******************, and asked for a refund, as I had asked for a resume geared towards the standards of my new industry. He refused, and asked that I give his team one more chance.I then worked with *********************, their lead resume writer. I initially asked for a single-page resume, per the standards of my industry. ***** pushed back on this. Desperate to start looking for work, I acquiesced.Fast forward to three weeks later, and I realize that there has been a typographical error in the second line of my revised resume. It would appear their writers do not perform line-by-line checks of their own work, but instead rely on MS ****** spellcheck.Between disinterested staff, an extremely slow turnaround time, and a complete lack of attention to detail, this was easily the worst experience I have ever had with anyone from the career services field.

I am quite surprised by this review as the client fully approved this resume. While I am sorry that one word apparently remained incorrect it was not picked up by the client and his final words to our writer were : "Great ...let's push forward" as he accepted the final draft. We are one of the few companies that actually provide a thorough multi draft process and keep on providing drafts until THE CLIENT says it's finalized and satisfactory. In this case the client fully approved the resume. We produce thousands of resumes each year and our writers are all certified and with years of experience. We are used by top national recruiting companies to provide their client's resume work and coaching. I am sorry one word remained an issue but it was an actual english word so was not flagged in final checks. We obviously would have been happy to make that change and also did provide the client with a word document version so he can make any necessary changes. We do not recommend one page resumes for experienced professionals as that is not the current standard. We will provide them if the client insists but always try to do what is in the best interest of getting our clients strong results. This is a collaborative process and we care deeply about the process and the client's success. We have been providing a quality service and standard for 9 years and will continue to do so.

I give my highest recommendation to Andy Thomas Careers Now. The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. It is the perfect resource for someone who seeks assistance with a career change - no matter how big or small. I have found it to be incredibly helpful in providing me with not only what I need to know in my search, but also bolstering me when I get discouraged. Following the process works and they are they to help you every step of the way. It is not difficult to schedule a meeting and I find myself looking forward to every session. The support team is responsive and caring as well. I feel so much more confident and excited about my work since becoming a client. Thank you **** and team!

After setting up a payment and appointment with a representative, I was connected with *********************, ************* Specialist/Career Coach with Andy Thomas Careers Now. I intended to have career coaching to prepare for a certain date. The representative set the appointments and payment assuring that could happen. My appointment with **** was canceled due to daycare issues and other personal issues. I asked for a refund. (Mainly because I missed the purpose that I set the appointment for). But **** said that refunds were not given under any circumstances. She offered to reschedule, which was canceled and interrupted a few times. The main service that I received was a website that explained key and typical questions asked by an interviewer. We went over some of the responses, when asked how ****'s answer would be or for a better answer, **** said that she could not think. I was charged $400 and refused a refund but spoke to **** a couple of times. This was not worth the fee, save your money and do your internet search, for questions, on your own and interview frequently.

As owner of the company I take any review very seriously. There are typically two sides to a story and so I checked with this client's coach to get a more exact portrayal of what work had been actually been done. It's important to note that this client has not been in contact with us since November of 2022 ( despite now writing this review ) and I have never received any direct correspondence of concern or I certainly would have addressed it right away. Working parents including coaches will sometimes need to shift a meeting due to childcare issues but alternative times are always given. In this case it was same day. It's also important to note that she was not charged the amount mentioned above. It was less. While I would have been happy to hear her concern I am confident we delivered dramatically moree than what was stated in her review. Here are the notes from the coach outlining exactly what we provided for less than her stated amount outlining quite a bit of activity:This client had two 30-minute sessions and multiple phone calls regarding overcoming her biggest obstacle, interviewing. 1.Discussed detail about her current position, that shes been there for 20+ years and wants a change, primarily wants to work for the government. 2.I reviewed the job description she provided when signing up, which was specifically for a Program Specialist 2 role with her resume and asked questions about her experience relating to the job posting.a.We talked about how her current role is a heavily involved administrative role, how she works with ***** programs, manages procurement processes, budgets, etc. b.I thoroughly went over my process for helping clients with interviewing. I told her I was going to send her a website to a link that specifically lays out 50 of the most common interviewing questions and how to answer them. I always give my clients this website because it helps them prepare for what is coming ( my mock interview) and how to answer, otherwise it is difficult to successfully evaluate a client if they don't even have a clue what could be asked or how to answer it. ***** was appreciative and excited to study it for our next session, which was a scheduled mock interview.3.Had the mock interview, went over questions that gave her trouble. The biggest thing was relating everything she does to the job description and how to sell herself to make her stand out for the position. She was grateful and thought the mock interviewing helped. 4.We had a couple of 15 min phone sessions because of needing last minute preparation for another interview. 5.She also emailed me her answers to some of the interviewing questions and I provided input. She also emailed me about salary negations and I provided her advice. I never got a response after that and that was the last, I heard from her on 11/16/22

I was an executive coaching client of ****'s for several years. I was burned out and stuck in my career and needed a change. What stood out about **** is that he meets you where you are and helps you build a custom plan around your abilities and goals. Then he walks with you through every step of the process. When you get stuck he gives you the push and the confidence you need to keep going. If you are serious about achieving your highest potential I high recommend giving **** a call because everyone needs some help and **** is an expert at helping people make career and life change.

Andy Thomas Careers Now has been the most influential service I've encountered in my professional career. I have worked with **** over the last few months in seeking a new field to pivot towards in my sales career. Over the handful of meetings ****'s knowledge and research from all his prior success stories in his coaching have been invaluable. He has maintained relationships with previous clientele and does so because he truly cares about their successes and the positivity it brings to one's professional and personal well being. He leverages all the data from his practices in presenting serious growth opportunities for individuals seeking to take their careers to the next level and exactly how to make them happen! From the support staff, to their expert resume writer *********************, I owe a great gratitude to Andy Thomas Careers Now for bringing the light of change to my life. I am currently thrilled with my new position and know if I need help in any future endeavors to contact **** to guide me along the way.
