Terrible experience. This man is a total creep. Needed my laptop fixed he told me to meet him due to him not being at store so I did so I went to bring him my computer he took 2 hours which was supposed to be ******************************************** leave literally was holding hand on door while I was verbally begging him to let me leave also asked for sexual favors to pay for what he did to my MacBook on top of doing extra stuff I did not ask to do made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Ladies stay away from contacting this place please! Do not listen to owners responses listen to all the reviews from other customers this man is weird and creepy. Most uncomfortable encounter ent Ive ever had. Go anywhere else but him!

Horrible service. On Oct. 1, the owner came out to check our *** 2 hours later than stated. He came back out on Oct. 4, late again to fix the *** which we did not know at the time that he was installing a used part in our TV but charged us for a new part. It played for a few hours and then same issue started, so we called him again. At some point he admitted that the part installed was used from another *** He came out (late) on Oct. 9, with another part that appeared to be used, which did not work for our *** At which point, my husband insisted that he order a new part, and we need to see it come out of the box. The part came in, and he said he was coming out on Oct. 11, hours later he stated he had to go to the hospital, which is understandable, if true. Came out on Oct. 12, (late), to install the new part, this time he took the whole TV apart, and spent a good amount of time trying to figure something out. At which point, he did give us several options, a refund, which I was okay with and discussion about replacing the *** At some point, he started yelling at my husband in our house, which is so disrespectful and uncalled for; therefore, my husband raised his voice and stated, "You're not going to yell at me in my house". My husband was still in a sitting position and did not make any movement in his direction. He ran out of the house screaming, "I'm calling the police", while leaving his assistant in the house with us. He was on the call with 911, telling lies. He was on speaker phone, so I stated to the 911 operator, no one was threatening him and please send someone out, so I can have a record of this for my small claims. The police arrived, again he began telling lies, stating that we wanted a free *** LOL. He told the police that he didn't know what we had in our house, the officer said, "I'm going to stop you right there", as to accuse us of wrongdoing. Anyway, we got our refund and is without a TV in my husband's mancave. Don't use, unprofessional.
