      Company did a bait and switch on the price of gold pamps..Said there was 3% charge if credit card was used none for debit card and still charged the additional rate to debit card. Business also stated in responses to my original complaint (ID21862129), They have record of my business with them. Yellow receipt No. Y *****. Three is an additional receipt of debit card transaction, as well as pictures of gold pamps sold to me with embossed certification numbers. Thank you.

        I want to reassure you that the price you paid was not the credit card price.  In fact, we had a cash customer within two ticket numbers of yours that paid the exact same price for a gold bar.  We do accept Debit cards with PIN number for the cash price, and that is exactly what happened here.  Is it possible that you're confusing the credit card fee with the product markup from the spot gold price?  We do operate on about a 3.3% margin on gold bars, so I can see where that could look like the processing fee upcharge if you just ran the math in relation to the gold spot price. We try to always notate on the tickets when credit card prices or fees are involved, and since you also purchased other items on your ticket that would have been distinctly notated as to which products had fees applied.  I'm glad we had this chance to double check to make sure you were not overcharged.  If it had been charged in error we would absolutely refund the fee, but it looks like everything is correct here.  Please give me a call with any further questions, I'll be happy to help, and even to arrange a special buy back price if and when you are ready to sell.
