    ****** ******** fraudulently took $4,289.74 from me by stating he would build my fence. He sent me a quote for the materials. He requested cash and I denied. He then had me send the funds to his business partner ***** *********, who had recently completed my concrete job. Since he did q good job and stated they were business partners, he referred me to ******. Once the money went into ******** hand there hasn't been any progress. ****** repeatedly lied and stated that ****** canceled the order, he then stated they delivered the materials to the incorrect address. I called ****** customer service and an multiple agents stated that order provided does NOT EXIST. They went further to state he didn't make any type of order. There is no order within the last 90 days located under his phone number, email address, my home address, or my number. He's purposely ignoring me. I contacted his business partner and ****** finally responded. Since I made the original payment on June 6, 2024, I've filed a dispute with my credit card companies. However, there is no guarantee, since they are shady business owners, who only use Squared to process payments or CashApp. This is not a legitimate business at all and it needs to be shut down and not be allowed to steal money by the means of an LLC . In the attachments, you'll see ****** ignoring me, telling lies, and also giving me multiple dates as to when the fencing materials were supposed to be delivered.

    I have am the owner of 5 Star Concrete. Ive spoke with the customer and told her from the order being lost in the system and sent to and old address that was on file. They had to locate where it was delivered, picked back up and then they will issue a refund once everything was received counted and back in the system. I have been very responsive to her and do not plan on keeping he money in anyway its just a process with Lowes. Plus she pushed it back so many time I had to stop the order then reorder like 2 different times. I never had to do that before with Lowes so I have to let them do there part to give me an answer on where things was. But soon as I know something I will give her a call or text to confirm everything.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The business owner NEVER ordered the materials. ****** has confirmed the order number provided does not exist. He stated via text ****** picked up the materials on September 27. Its now October 15. A refund would've been issued by ******. The order was never made and the owner fraudulently stole my money and is refusing to refund. The owner also has not responded to me directly as well.
