    Romero construction was hired to complete a new concrete driveway and patio April 2024. At that time, it was verbally expressed by **** Romero that they stood behind all their work with a lifetime guarantee. Work was completed was completed shortly after with unacceptable results. The back patio was not finished correctly, and it was agreed by both parties that the unacceptable sections would need to be replaced and **** Romero stated he would do so. He is now backtracking and stating he never guaranteed his work and is not willing to replace the poorly finished concrete. Guarantee or not, a professional tradesman is expected to do a professional job. The work done on the patio is not professional grade and is poor workmanship as seen in the attached photos.

    *****, options were provided to you for your choice of choosing for concrete overlay and demo and repour the concrete poured was at ***** PSI with a calcium mix and trowel machine was put on that small sectioned area as you were well aware due to the weather as rain came in that was not shown on forecast. After we meet on 7/2 in public area and prior to collect payment and also discount you from original price we did come to terms and agreement on final option we were willing to go to get the matter resolved. We dont believe in having a unsatisfied customer and will be glad to meet again and discuss matter to again solution this matter
