    Purchased August,2023 for 10,000 .00 for gutters and gutter guards. They leak in several places and with heavy rain water over flows the top of the gutters, especially in front. I have made multiple phone calls, and no one speaks to me, but takes message and promise a phone call that never comes. I am completely exhausted from trying to get them to fix the gutters and need help please. The gutters come with a 5 years warranty and a limited lifetime warranty, and that is why they cost so much, but worth it - if they actually stood behind their warranty, which they haven't so far.

    We had windows installed by this company 2 years ago. There were MANY issues with the windows and the install process, but we decided to put it to rest since it took months to have the correct windows/door installed- and reinstalled due to the poor installment. Since June ** 2022, I have been calling to have some repairs done to the windows and door. I have been met with non-returned phone calls, excuse after excuse as to why no one is coming out and no one calling back. I also expressed the importance of having things fixed so I can do other maintenance to the house, but am still left with silence. I am at a point where I do not know what else to do.
