      Our issue goes back to October 2022, with 3 different tries to get our order straight, and is STILL not resolved. We do not have the counter tops we have been trying to get ordered since October 2022.Our first counter top order started at the Lowes in *******, **, which came in with multiple issues, including, wrong finish, measurements not done right, end caps not put on, angles not cut right, and to top it off, the one person at Lowes that ordered the countertops quit.We then took our order to the Lowes in ****** for a 2nd try. Here we go again, wrong angles, measurements were not cut right, end caps peeling off before even getting them on cabinets and some not even installed,3rd try.... waiting on order to come in, which was promised to be in 3 weeks, no information. laminate was on back order or something, manager was supposed to handle it, no call back........ VERY FRUSTRATED! THIS IS 7 MONTHS AND STILL NO COUNTERTOPS, BUT THEY TOOK OUR PAYMENT IN A HURRY.
