    Shady!! Will take advantage of Independent Contractors. Will get you in the door with promises of having a dedicated route but you will stay doing overflow. They will over hire Contractors and break up crumbs and have you all over the place for pennies. You can ***** up with the warehouse personnel and if the like you they will hook you up over others but once that relationship is tarnished and they can no longer take advantage or trust you to keep your mouth closed about favoritism and such then it's back to the sitting you out for the day with claims of they don't have the pieces while expecting you to be on stand by. Overall I was on the good side of things until the general manager got involved had me running a new contract with promises of a better weekly payout but like I said the Shady business practice started showing full blown and once confronted everything went sideways just for questioning the rates. Had a medical family issue (kidney Donation) that would put me out for 6 weeks stayed in contact throughout but when it was time to return because of the disagreement with the ** They no longer had any overflow for me and had me stand by for 2 weeks finally called it and ended the contract. Keep in mind I preformed miracles for this company was a key contractor but get on a bad side and it's becomes personal for them. At the end of the day they know it's a rotating door and somebody new with a van and no clue will be quick to replace the ones that question what the heck is going on. Was an eye opening experience but some can make it work majority end up quitting within a month. Be cautious.

    This company is not worthy of 1 star. They take your money and tell you that you don't have to accept the dispatched load if you don't want to but then the penalize you for not accepting the load. They would not let you see your rate until after you have made the delivery then they change your settlement payment leaving you with kibbles. This company should be ashamed of themselves. They still owe me money after turning in the items they asked for and ,the recruiter *************** never gave me my last settlement print out showing what I was getting paid and they never processed my payment. So in other words, I worked for free.
