    The owner ***** was very controlling, disrespectful and rude. Booked venue for 750 12/15/23 from 4-8p only to arrive to find a band setting up at 3p, the same time as us for their event at 8p. contacted ***** and told him we needed all the space we rented for our vendors. Band left. ***** comes in about an hr later, approach host and myself and ask why was there not space for the band? I told him everything was good, band left but he still kept pressing the issue why. I told him it invaded our space for the time we needed. ******************** told me. You can get the f*** out. You all can leave, I walked away. Not even 20 mins later he cut the music and was so rude that all vendors started packing up and leaving. ***** was drinking alcohol and intoxicated which contributed to his ignorance. His staff and guest were telling him he was wrong. He offered to refund us 250 to pack up and leave. We did that so when it came to getting paid he handed us $100 and he said I didnt say that you did. I could not believe him. This was an event for small businesses that was ruined. Not only did the host lose money from booking the place, she has to refund the vendors on top of that, that came out. He used profanity, he was a bully and he intimidated, took advantage of a young entrepreneur trying to do positive things in the community. He took her money!! She should be refunded. Horrible customer service. ***** was so confrontational and created an hostile environment. He kept telling all our guests to get out his shit! I dont see this business lasting long.
