  absolutely not worthy of fixing anyone credit... I literally paid them $3k to fix me credit and they it takes anywhere from 3-6 months to work on the things that I had... I particularly asked for them to work on the accounts that were $100k to have them remove and the $30k cards as well... they kept saying they were working on things, but was working on accounts that were closed but was of good standing that didn't require immediate attention.... every time I kept saying what's the status on these major accounts to have them permanently removed they kept saying it's taking a little bit of time....month after month plus providing them with the update information after 60+ days, still stagnant. So, in about September of 2023 they decided to go out of business and provided a 30 day notice and never finish what I paid them to do - which was fix the credit (especially when you paying $3k for something to be done!!!!). So, as of this year - I decided to take matters in my own hands and not get scam by this company and or any other credit fixing company.After my own due diligence and continue effort placed in fixing my own credit... I have now removed $33k of credit card and inquiries on my account. Honestly, it does take a lot of work and is very tedious but try to do it yourself and not rely on this company that claims to provide you with outstanding results. I failed for the reviews and also googled them on the BBB, but they failed to deliver on fixing my credit!!!and now it only taken me 3 months this year to remove $33k and still working on the $100k. If you can't do it urself get someone that can help you walk through the process, but don't give ur $$ to this company. They did not deliver and wasted my entire 8 months back in 2023.... just by saying they going out of business. SMH!!! I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY RETURNED!!!

This is the second different name you have use to leave a bad review. To clarify, we have never gone out of business. We transitioned to a new product and platform to better serve our clients something that was clearly communicated to all active customers at the time, including yourself. You're the only on that has left a bad review about that transition. 
  
  You did enroll in our full credit repair service and we worked on all negative items, including the accounts you specifically referenced. Unfortunately, some of those accounts were still reporting negatively, even though we're disputed them multiple times. 
  
  Credit repair is a process, not an overnight fix. We make this clear from the very beginning. While we understand the desire for fast results, no ethical company can guarantee specific items will be removed within a certain timeframe, especially high-balance accounts. What we can guarantee is our full effort and compliance with all legal dispute practices, which we delivered.
  
  We also reached out to resolve this with you directly, but have not received a response. We are still open to that conversation and are happy to walk you through what was done and why.
  
  With over 200+ five-star reviews, we pride ourselves on transparency and service but we also know we cant meet every expectation, especially if theres a disconnect in understanding the process.

  Very disappointed in this company. Ive invested 2000-2500 to get my credit restored and only got two things removed. Theyve been working on my stuff since the beginning of 2023 and two things removed = no results for the money Ive invested. Its sad because I actually believe in them thinking they would help me. And the crazy thing is they asked for more money right before sending an email saying that they were closing on the 31 of October this year. How disrespectful. Scammed again by a credit repair company and Ill never get my money or time back for waiting on them.
