    Today on 2/25/25 the credit champs did an unauthorized charge of $100 to my account up under another business name. After threatening me due to me no longer letting them scam me for services they were not providing. I have proof of everything.

    On December 30 th, ******* D. **** sent a payment of $650 dollars to you for the intent of credit restoration services. She requested a refund from you on February ****** in the amount of $650.00. Through the text messages provided, she has tried numerous times asking for the status of the process to include texting and calling.The unprofessionalism, subpar customer service, and lack of communication in what items she needed to continue the process prompted her to ask for a refund.She asked to be provided with your refund policy, which you couldnt provide. You blocked her on all communication outlets, and services have still not been rendered.Additionally, as of January 11, 2025, Credit Champs, LLC. has been dissolved which means you are operating without a license as an agent. You have provided false information as being a credit restoration agent to ******* D. ****, which entail the act of fraudery.
