    Malik Davis, This Is ******* I have been trying to get a hold of you, you told me you were honest businessman. Ive been waiting on my stuff to be removed since last year its been over 15 months and every time I try to reach you you ignore my text and all my items has been returned on my credit report and you get my $4500. I would appreciate a phone call or a full refund of my money.

    I became a customer in November 2022. It is currently July 31, 2024 and this company has done absolutely nothing to improve my credit. Fact is, my credit score has dropped since signing up with this company. They do not answer calls (straight to voicemail), don't return calls at all either. My representative is *******************************. She NEVER calls back. Like another customer, I found this ********************** repair company on Fox Soul. What a rip off. All that has been done for me every month is me receiving notifications that disputes have been sent out. Same thing for a two year period. I have sent message after message and even notified them that I have intentions of making everything public and I still have not been contacted. I am a man of my word so I am starting here. I WILL not take this laying down. This company also makes you enroll with Smartcredit.com which charges $29.95 monthly for credit monitoring. They switched from ID Check monitoring to Smartcredit for some reason. What is the use of credit monitoring when nothing is being done on your behalf? I have also received mail, on numerous occasions from companies in which disputes have been filed on my behalf. The companies state that Malik, a third party company has filed a dispute on my behalf but has not provided proper documentation stating that they have been hired to represent me. Here is the kicker. I signed with Malik Davis Credit Guru. Now, for some reason, Dynasty Financial Consultants, LLC is the site that I am required to log into in order to retrieve my updates. Now I have been switched to a new representative by the name of ************* which is supposed to be in the disputes department but oh well. Bottom line is that he is not responding back to me either. I sent a message through the Dynasty Financial portal 20 days ago stating that I desire a complete refund including the fees paid for credit monitoring and it has been total silence on their end. I will be heard. I am not taking this laying down.

    Thankfully I didn't spend thousands of dollars for this, but there was absolutely nothing improved on my credit report from this service. Please do not pay for this service unless you want to throw your money away. I'm not sure how *************** allowed this company to advertise on Fox Soul (which is how I discovered it), but I foresee legal action being taken soon for both parties.
