      Build site is directly next door to our property. Build began last June 2024 with lot clearing. Per our community HOA CCR's it is in violation for any builder to impede on any neighboring property, thus their responsibility to ensure barriers and measures are put in place to keep mud/red **** from run off onto other properties, trash and materials properly disposed of on work site with dumpsters, etc. Not only were there no barriers on our side, but trash was thrown directly onto build site from the start last year. We had to actually request a dumpster be placed to keep all the waste from continuing to blow onto our property through the winter months, and asked that a thick layer of rock be put down on the purposed driveway next to our side. Numerous work vehicles were driving onto the lot tracking mud all over. Builder put down a thin layer of rock and it became embedded into the soil/mud by vehicles still using it constantly, leaving nothing but exposed dirt and then mud with the rain etc. There was never a barrier of any kind put up on our side to stop any runoff of mud to us. We contacted builder numerous times on his cell to no avail. Left vm to no avail. It wasn't until we found a different company phone number on 4/22/2025 that he picked up on two days ago. We asked at great length that he remediate and clean up the thick layer of mud on our side. Workers are now walking thru this **** and tracking it onto our driveway and sidewalk as well. This verbal phone request was on 4/22/2025. To date, nothing has been done to remediate our property and barrier this entire work site as best as possible until build is completed. To date, mud slide is coming down entire front work site, onto sidewalk, street and down to us. It has gotten completely out of hand. No regard to neighboring property, HOA CCR and our community integrity. FULL REMEDIATION REQUESTED. PER OUR PHONE CONVERSATION 4/22/2025 BUILDER IS FULLY AWARE OF CCR'S AND HIS COMPLIANCE THEREOF.
