    Fraud, FraudFraud Sending a letter for a debt that does not even exist and threatening a lawsuit. I do not owe this loan.

    I agree with the other reviewers. This is a SCAM. They are trying to tell me that I took out a loan against a fraudulent bank account (never did). They are threatening to file a civil lawsuit and notify the credit bureaus. They can gleam your current address and last four digits of your social from the credit bureaus. As mentioned in the other review, you cannot get a hold of anyone. All you can do on the website is pay. Do not pay.

    Fraud! Dont pay them a dime. They cant prove the debt is yours and all they do is threaten to take you to court without any substance to their claim. The have FALSE information.

    Just received a phony "fraud" letter! Stated we got a loan for when my husband worked for a company over 15 years ago.REALLY? How is this legal!!

    EDG ************ is FRAUD. They sent me a civil lawsuit in the mail on Friday 3/29 telling me I needed to pay them $1300 for a payday loan I took out 16 years ago maybe even 17 years ago or I will be taken to court with wage garnishments. Same address shows post office by airport with a P.O. Box number. So I called them and ***** answered the phone and I told her I didn't want to give her my debt card info over the phone and so I asked for a address for them and she explained that they don't like giving their address out due to people coming and threatening them so that's why they use a PO box number.

    Fraudulent scam company. Theyre sending out letters on debt that either is non existent or is past the statute of limitations claiming theyre CCing the **** Disctrict court.

    SCAM!! I received a letter from this Company stating that I was going to be sued over a payday loan that I failed to repay. I work in law enforcement and I knew instantly this was a scam. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!

    This company is FRAUD. They sent me a civil lawsuit notification by mail. Demanding that I pay over $1400 for a loan that was $300 from Cashnet USA from 10 years ago. I'm sure this has to be illegal as far as the statue of limitations, along with the fact that this loan has been paid twice within those years. When you call no one ever answers, if you leave a message they do not return your call. When going to the website it shows that it was created in 2024 and their payment site northwestbilling.com same. You cant find any information regarding the payment site online. The address is in the middle of the street in front of a post office with a different address. I assume a virtual address they have. Please be mindful of the ***** CONSOLIDATION" not all are legits. And I'm sure threating to take me to court for NSF Fraud is illegal. They ran my credit to get the last known address don't even have the address attached to the loan. VREATE A LEGIT BUSINESS instead of trying SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!

    The company is a fraudulent company. Countrywide Legal Services is a scam and isn't licensed in the ***********************. They are sending out letters to unsuspecting people and threatening them with court action and threatening to ruin their credit rating over debt that doesn't exist.
