    One of their drivers stole my bark deterrent a few weeks ago and I have yet to get any resolution on Veho's behalf. What an absolute joke of a company.

    ***** customer's packages, unable to meet delivery dates they set for themselves, no customer service to remedy any problems with delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They steal your packages.

    This company is terrible. They lose packages and dont deliver on time. I would avoid any online store that partners with this company to ship your items.

    I specifically requested the package not be left outside. I provided my phone number and the call box number. They then left it outside and it was stolen. Every time I have used this service they dont listen to instruction and deliver it to the wrong place. They wont refund me either and it is 100% their fault and solely theirs. They are the worst delivery service to ever exist.

    I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered with Veho. After >4 days from the "out for delivery" notification, the Veho tracking site continued to say "delayed". The tracking showed that delivery was attempted once and then was "delayed" with an apology saying that there would be an update in 24hours. I reached out to Veho customer service who stated that the delivery had been attempted multiple times and was sent back to the sender -- this was inaccurate (as clearly seen in the tracking information and I confirmed with the sender). The sender reached out to Veho and told me that the package was lost in transit. However Veho customer service continued to insist that it was sent back to the sender. Furthermore, in regards to deliveries, I live in an apartment building that has 24/7 access for deliveries to the package room. And the 1 actual attempt to deliver was during business hours, when there is a front office with 2 people working there who could have assisted if there was someone actually trying to deliver a package. Filing this review due to the bad delivery service, false information, and lack of professionalism.

    0 accountability. That's what this company stands for. Maybe their ******* taught CEO should have been more engaged in learning what goes into a good customer experience vs putting robots on their chat services, letting them make excuses for drivers not delivering packages, lying to their customer about a towed vehicle???? and "we assure you your package is at our warehouse" but oh wait!! "Your package is no longer with us and we think it is en route to the original shipper" aka we stole your package, good luck!!! this was the most egregious conversation I have ever had with a company trying to be reputable. Go back to *******, ******, because your company is doing the exact thing that you were trying to solve. To **** - get ahold of your robots and start letting experienced people take over.
