    In March 2023, I paid for two teeth cleaning services for my wife and I and got the receipts, then they only did one but when I went to do the second one this year, they asked me to pay extra for the renewal to get it done. But I challenged them and showed them the receipt, but unfortunately they refused to honor the receipt and refused to do the cleaning for both of us. So I left the clinic without doing the service. We have been customers of theirs for almost 7 years but their new customer service and manager are really disrespectful because one of their customer service called me and asked to reschedule the cleaning because the electricity went out when we were at the clinic and I told him about this issue and he told me no problem and we will take care of it , but when we went to do the cleaning today, the customer service and the manager told me you must pay for us to do the service for you.
