    Beginning in 2023 we received a phone call from this company stating we had an open invoice with them that needs paid. Given their name, we thought it was yellow pages. Each quarter now they call wanting payment. They state that in the initial call I agreed to a contract, they played the recording and no where talks about a contract, only confirmation to run the payment. I kept paying these foolishly, but then caught on to this and another company doing the same thing. Now, each time we have paid they claim that it is the last payment. Then months go by and they call again wanting payment, stating now this is the final payment. On the last payment I made, I recorded our conversation where they say this is the final payment. Now, they are calling again saying that the last payment was the final for the quarter and we have one more payment due for our "Contract". Since that last recording I have refused to pay, they non stop call wanting payment.

    When we started out business 5 years ago; we got a call about an add through yellow pages. Of course as a new business, we wanted to get the name out there so we took a listing. Over the last 4 years, they will call once about every 3-4 months stating we did not pay the final installment of the contract. We have paid this payment more than 5 times over this time period. The last time they called (around July2024) they again claimed we owed this final payment. My husband (the owner) got on the phone, asked to speak to supervisor- that wasnt an option, asked to speak to someone higher up- still no option other than the guy on the phone. So we told them, turn it over to collections if this is an issue and well pay it from there. No collections was reported. They call back again 10/16/24 claiming they will add legal fees if we dont give them this final payment. WE ARE NOT PAYING THIS SCAM ANY MORE MONEY!!!! Woke up 10/16/24 with a voicemail from same guy as yesterday but called from a different citys area code than previously called from- telling me to either pay the bill by the end of this week or legal actions would be taken. We want them to stop calling and harassing us.

    Yellow page Team says I owe them but we never signed any contracts or authorized any agreements verbally or otherwise. I REFUSED PAYING THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY KEEP LYING TO ME. This company lies telling me that everything has been taken care of but they still won't release any dealings with them. I refuse to pay scammers anymore. I have been told I owe for a final payment but this has been going on for years now and either they are going to stop are we will be in court. Why do people don't listen to the company it services if at all. I Never allowed this company but they say it's a 3rd party company that included our company in an account with them. So I ask who authorized this. I am the owner and no one has authorization but "Me" and I didn't ask for their services nor do I need them. I have asked them to stop this account and I keep getting "LIES"
