    I resides in *******, ********, I sent my Presa Canario puppy "Neptune" for board and train. My dog passed away from neglect and abuse. ******* left my home weighing 98lbs, when he returned he weighed *********************************************************** daily photos and weekly videos of his training sessions. I left several messages on his personal cell phone with no response of an update. We I did make contact it was by calling the office demanding an update on Neptune, I had to say to them "either you give me an update on my puppy or I will get in my car right now and travel there to lay eyes on him myself" at that time I was giving an update and informed that ******* had been taking to a local vet seeking medial care of any injury to his back paw and leg. At that time I called myself to get an report from the vet, it was basically due to neglect. ******* stayed over his expected training time at the trainers requesting stating he was not ready to come home yet due to needing a little more training. He never told me ******* had ran out of food, they let me send his blanket and toy, The blanket was returned un touched with the sent of Downy Fabric Softener, that's was I used to wash is blanket. It wasn't soon after his return home, we was forced to put Neptune down due to the internal trauma he had experienced during his stay. I contacted the owner and states the trainer was terminated and they paid for Neptune doctor's visit. But as I was looking on the web just now, I see an article that another persons dog had passed in their care. I look at the video the same person who picked up my dog was the owner and his girlfriend. The owner even offered to train my next dog for free after they killed my Neptune due to neglect/abuse. Please do not send your fur babies to this place. Its a death trap

    This facility is disgraceful and absolutely disgusting. Its reeks of uncleanliness and professionalism. I dropped off my dog for a few hours to come back to my beloved dog reeking of urine. After speaking with previous clients I discovered the facility has mold and the kennel techs allows the dogs to sit in a crate in their own f**** Also, the owners own dog DIED in their care at their facility and shortly after another dog had passed away under their care!! Multiple dogs has been sent to the veterinary due to being ill after being under all dogs unleashed care. I would NOT recommend leaving your dog!!!
