    I bought a door on Feb 25th,2022. Beautiful door. However it has issues. First problem was that the spring/rod at that bottom of the door kept busting and leaking oil all over my doorway. Twice it was replaced and not at all in a timely manner. Third time I bought my own part and repaired it myself. Had I not I would still be waiting. The manager/repairman claims he was ordering the parts and as soon as it comes in he will replace the part once again. First red flag...... Needless to say when he left the last time I could tell he wasn't coming back and I was right to feel that way because he didnt even after 2 or 3 calls confirming that he would. That was at least 2 months ago now! Also the door has glass in the center & right and left side. The glass is not properly fitted because when it rains the water comes inside my home! The door leaks! Second this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner will definitely return calls but talk to you as if you are out of your mind in the kindest most condescending voice you have ever heard. The office phone number is a joke. Everytime I've called them the response is always that someone has to get back to me. No matter what your calling for!!! I'm still waiting for that as well. Third, as for the manager/repairman I asked him why does my door keep breaking when there is no excess force being used??? His answer was that the sun makes my door too hot. I said to him if thats the case shouldn't your salesperson had said to me I think you should chose another door??? At any rate, my decision to write this review came because I felt like I was/am constantly getting the run around and wanted to make sure that others are aware of how this company runs their business. They are all smiles when your buying but when there's a problem they will respond but not without the run around. I would never ever recommend them. Go to ********** or lowes and deal with professionals.
