    I enrolled my 20 year old child for ******s with Expert Driving School. Upon enrolling my daughter, I paid using my credit card for all services. The owner and I agreed on the amount, total amount of ******s and cancellation policies. My daughter took one ****** and on her second scheduled ******, she did not show or cancel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter moved to ******* within the same week of signing up. I called the owner and even went to the office to explain the situation. When I arrived, he was not there so I left a voicemail...no return call. I called a few more times, again no return call. My last call, I left another message and the owner sent me a text instead of calling. The owner texted he would call me back in a few hours that day, which he did not. He then sent another text asking what the issue was and I explained the situation. I understand I would not get refunded for the first visit and the no show/no call appointment; however I would like to be refunded for the remaining ******s or at least be credited since I have another child who will take ******s this year. The owner stated a refund is not possible because I am not the student. I stated that there was no problem when I paid for the ******s, so why can't I request such refund or a credit? The owner then stated the student must be present, which she cannot since she now lives in another state. I tried calling the owner back and sent a message to him via WhatsApp that went unanswered. I believe I should be refunded for the ******s that I did not use. This company basically was paid in full for services they did not fully provided.
