  This practice has tragically bad business practices. My husband is supposedly getting a series of drops for allergies. After an incredible comedy of errors to pay for the uncovered treatment, we finally just got fed up and paid for the entire year. We are supposed to get drops every two months. I asked for clarification repeatedly and got some of the most passive aggressive nonsensical emails I have ever seen from a business. I asked for a breakdown of when the drops will be sent and again got a reply that talked around my question but never answered. We questioned the doctor *** agreed that our understanding of the treatment was accurate but apparently the office manager feels empowered to play games.After the doctor telling us we would hear from the office manager (****...not impressed with her but hoping for some answers), we received a link to sign in to some "patient portal". Honestly, I laughed out loud. I STILL don't have any answers to WHEN my husband will get his drops which we already paid for. BIG RED FLAG.This practice is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  This is their email cookie cutter response to any question. I just got off the phone with their business office. The representative who answered the phone replied to my request for the business manager by saying for what. The office manager tried to feed me the same lip service she has always done. I pushed for a real schedule of the drops we have already paid for. Of course, she blamed us and claimed that she ALWAYS does what she says she is going to do. She asked that we give her some time to gather the information we requested. I reminded her that this should have been done initially instead of months and months later. What a scam.

  This practice refuses to give true tests/exams for treatment and procedures, no patient visit summary by request. Books appointments for advice of equipment needed instead of same results conclusion and recommendations. Receptionist is very kind ,friendly and courteous but, fails to adhere to patient information requests. I'd recommend getting 2nd opinion from entirely different sources.

  Per our Practice Manager/Clinical Manager: "I was with the patient during her last visit. She was aggravated during that visit because she felt that she was waiting too long. She started to walk out until I informed her that it wasn't even her appointment time yet. She checked in at 10:46 and her audiology appointment wasn't until 11:30 and her appointment with ************************ wasn't until 12:00. She decided to wait but was still a little aggravated. She asked about a summary of her visit and I had told her that it would be available on her patient portal once the visit note is finalized by ************************. We can not give patients a summary of their visit until the note is finalized. I explained that to her during the visit. I will explain again when I speak with her." The Practice Manager has called her twice and left messages for her to return her call. The patient has never returned either call.
