      Ive been trying to contact them for a week with no results, merely to ask them a question. It started like this with my first email.Hello,I have $200.00 left on my Flores HSA card and had a question about something I would like to purchase.************ sells antibiotic medical kits for about $260.00 dollars and I would like to purchase one. To do that, since I only have $200.00 left on the card, it was suggested that I purchase a $200.00 gift card from them and use it toward the purchase price on my HAS card and put the balance of $60.00 on my personal credit card. The way ************ has their payment system set up, I cant split the payment between the HAS card and my credit card. Its one or the other for the full purchase price. Only by using a gift card could the payment be split.Would Flores allow that purchase?Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your help. The next one was this.Hello,I have not heard back from you about my question, please advise.The third was this.Hello,This is day 5 and I have STILL not heard back from you about my question.What is going on over there? Did you put me on the PAY NO MIND LIST OR WHAT?How about an answer this month?Still no answer from them at all. Typical, they'll take your money then ignore you like you're bothering them.

      Website is still offline as of January 14, says my account is closed with over $4000.00 in it! I wanted to use it to pay ********!

      They don't deserve even one star., rather a negative 10 stars! The absolute worst 'cobra insurance' you could possibly have. As of today, 12/6/24, their 'system' has been down for over a week and cannot verify coverage or whether they've received a payment from a 3 weeks ago, so all claims are being denied! I don't even believe a legitimate company. They have no idea of when system will be up - they are and have been from the get go COMPLETELTY INCOMPETENT.

      I just received my new HSA card from Flores & Associates, LLC. Upon reading my documentation and observing the card, I can see there is no EMV chip on the card. There is only a mag strip. Since this is the least secure form of card payment method, I wanted to add a PIN to my card. If I always use my PIN, the card *should* learn to decline transactions that are not PIN based i.e. fraudulent transactions. My paperwork even included how to request setting a PIN. However when I contacted customer service I was told that the card is credit only. The front of my card says debit on it, I cannot overdraft my on this account, so it seems odd to me that I can't set this feature on my card for added transaction security. If my employer would've given me the option of choosing who to open my HSA with, it certainly wouldn't have been with Flores & Associates, LLC.

      Website doesn't tell you any data you need for why a claim was rejected. You can leave messages for your account manager, but they will NEVER call you back. Reject claims even after being approved. REALLY awful. People who answer the phone are lovely, but can't answer your questions. I HATE that i have to use this system.

      I made 3 monthly payment and Flores247 never update my cobra dental and vision with Aetna, stay away from this company, is a scam

      Please please someone research and audit this organization's practices, experiences, financials, customer service, etc. I do not understand how this company is allowed to operate. As a Leader for more than 25 years in this employee benefits space - it is absolutely shocking to me how incompetent this company is when it comes to our employee's money and benefits - the lack of attention, lack of communication, the shady corrections, confusion they create, mean customer service, error after error, no follow up, incorrect payments etc etc - the amount of work my team as employer must do is absurd - what is the point of this TPA? We spend majority of our week fixing and apologizing for Flores - and policing and babysitting Flores. If we do not watch everything ourselves it does not get done - they literally do nothing for us at this point - failing to meet not one service level standard and yet take our money and our employees. Rarely apologies - delay after delay although urgent issues; no preparation for office relocations, system downtimes impacting important employees/member access to accounts and money - poor phone operations, one hour wait times, employees after a month still without a card or any status!!! they are not proactive - and just point everyone to website which is wrong!!! - I could go on and on - we are terminating them as soon as possible - they owe us money - every fee we've paid they owe us. This company MUST be closed. www.flores247.com
