    On November 2, 2022 a root canal procedure took place, after the receptionist ***** told me and my husband the price was close to $1,600. We paid $538 on that same day. We did not get a receipt. On November 8, 2022 we paid another $510. Our balance should have less than $500 but ***** sent a receipt that said our balance was still over $900. I called to straighten it out and she took no responsibility for the price she told us, she then changed the total to $2,400 and said our insurance doesnt go towards the final bill. Which of course doesnt make sense. She didnt try to help with anything, we both explained the balance she told us, she may have made a mistake but it needs fixed. Its not fair for us to pay an extra grand because ***** messed up.
