I reached out to *************************** the owner, to be serviced for 10/15/22. A deposit of 241 was sent to secure date and service. We had to cancelled the day before due to unforeseen circumstances. ******* said if we paid in full it can be used as credit for the next time. I reached out to her on 9/17/ 2023 to book that credited service. She responded, agreed, and also discussed a new theme and date for 10/17/2023. In the last week of September ******* stop replying to my messages. Her website and business instagram account were all deactivated. I havent had any contact with *******. On 11/22/2023 I noticed her business Instagram account was active and I reached out about refund options. No response. I reached out to her personal page in January ****. ******* responded and had push back about giving a refund and stated she had sent a new contract. I communicated I didnt receive any communication from her and would like a refund for the full amount due to her recent actions. ******* had more push and finally agreed to send at least half of the ****** through the payment processor Melio. She completed all the necessary steps to look like she went through with the process but never sent funds over. I reached out to ******* explaining I never received my refund and said she reached out to ***** support and filed a complaint. I reached out to the payment platform Melio myself and the support team told me they try to process payment on 1/16 however payment didnt go through on the payor and they reached out to her no response. Also they informed me that no communication from ******* was made.
